This part was bought as a spare part from SIL MICRO in February and only went into operation in April. It was connected to the POE on the bench, the power supply and the blinking Ethernet LED were on as expected. Then he was taken to a tower that was difficult to access. Before climbing the tower I tried to program the device with my laptop. Nothing! I connected it to the Ethernet channel provided by ViaSat and logged in with the intention of accessing this Rocket M2 over the network. When I came back a few minutes later, the thing was running at full speed, but not for me. There was a Ubiquiti CloudKey on the network and this Ubiquiti Rocket M2 was taken over by the Unifi controller. That should not have happened. This hotspot was actually a Unifi outdoor hotspot. not rocker M2. Luckily I brought another device and programmed it quickly.
