I bought this hair because the company was participating in Next Day Prime and I needed it FAST for a hair appointment. Shipping was fast and arrived the next day as advertised. The bundles were clearly packed, it didn't smell. The texture was exactly what I expected from new hair. That's where the positives of this purchase end. Bundle (18,20, 22) SMALL! I expect longer hair to be less thick, but this was ridiculous. And in addition to the little tufts, the ends are super fibrous. My stylist was able to customize all three buns to suit my style, but the finished product only looks like 1 1/2 buns. The hair doesn't hold curls and doesn't fall out much, but I'm afraid that with the small hairs the trail started with, I won't have any in two weeks. I will NOT buy from this company again.
