The quality of these straps is well above the retail price. If you have a level 4 or 5 watch (Omega, Rolex.) this strap will not beat that quality but I have to say the quality is close to my Omega Seamaster Professional and the links are much easier to change. If you own a Seamaster watch, you also know that Omega straps don't allow for micro-adjustments, while the Endmill has three, virtually guaranteeing a perfect fit. Note that this bracelet has screws for removing threaded links, which are usually only found on high-end watches. If you have a watch with a retail price of $1,000 or less, you will almost certainly find an upgrade with one of these straps. Some watches cost a little less when bought with a leather or rubber strap. Sometimes I choose these and buy one of them, considering both types and saving money in the process. I have several of these and they are all very well made. I particularly like that they all have a snap button closure, a secure and delicate feel. The end links are stamped on the back for easy installation and the end link pins that are included are the strongest I've seen. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this purchase.
