Good for an everyday supplemental traction device

Although I have received this item for free, I do my best to keep my reviews unbiased.I'm a long time sufferer of pinched nerves in both my neck and lower lumbar. This is quickly becoming a go to for a quick 5-10 min daily or every other day cervical traction option. Now I do have a ComforTrac Cervical traction setup which I used to rely on every few days but have gotten to the point where I don't need it quite as often. I'm always looking for a good option for more regular use in short sessions for that little bit of relief at the end of the day. So far this might be just that. I do wish the wave portion wasn't so flexy. The bumps running along the side do hit the muscles right where I need them though. What I do when using it is, as they instruct, lay on your back, knees bent, your arms out and elbows bent at 90 degrees with hands near your head. I then press my hole body down into the floor. Meaning, my whole back flat to the floor, my neck pressed into the device and try to get my arms forearms flat to the ground. Or as flat as I can. Shoulders flat against the floor as well. Just 5 minutes, releasing pressure as needed if I'm really feeling the strain, and I get quite a bit of relief. I do worry about the longevity of the foam. It feels like that foam that eventually dries out and deteriorates. Like those cheap foam soccer balls. Time will tell.
