Review on Viretec Container Airtight Canister Organization by Amber Harper

The Viretec storage bin is similar to another bin I bought earlier this year. They look almost the same with all the same features (snap on lid, pour spout, measuring cup lid). This is slightly larger at 1 inch. Unfortunately, this one feels cheap in comparison (the lid doesn't close that securely, and the measuring cup on the lid tends to pop out at every opportunity). I think I got what I paid for in terms of quality as it cost $12 at the time of writing this article. When I received it I hand washed everything and didn't risk putting it in the dishwasher for fear it might warp. It does not matter. Cap and cap are poorly made and don't fit together anyway. I just wish they were as long lived as their twin. I wouldn't add anything that you want to keep fresh for a long time like muesli or oatmeal as they go stale quickly in this can. Instead, I use one for pet food (I might use it for rice) since I fill it up often.
