Review on 🔪 Accusize APKT1604 Carbide Indexable Inserts - High Performance with Carbide 0028 6906 by Scott Channell

I really wanted a 45 degree rake face mill but was very impressed by the 22 5 star reviews. You can't disagree with that, but I also think that with a relatively inexpensive tool you can argue that you might potentially be listening to a little less selective users. I first measured the tool on my measuring plate and one of the positions was significantly higher than the others. Before attempting this, I consulted "amateur mechanics" and was advised to try it. everything would be fine. My grinder is being perfected. It was set up as hard as possible. And the surface finish, not just on the plane but above and below the design speed/feed was terrible. I like the company that sells them. I would like to be 23rd, but unfortunately the one that shows that the overall performance contains quality outliers.
