I like the fact that it is a medical office, not just a medical office call center. The staff seem to care and always have your best concern in mind. I do miss the nurse being in the office every time, but it is a great fit to have a more hands on approach. Make sure that you get with them ahead of time and set up for success. Sometimes the schedule could be more flexible, with some shifts starting at 9am and ending close to 9pm. Some days you may have to get in early or stick around close till the end of your shift. It is a great fit and really helps you keep your staff healthy. It was easy for me as an employee because I never had problems with any one at this business or my manager either! The managers are good people who always treat you right even if they have not seen your work before hiring/promoting them into management positions. They don't play favorites like many other companies do but rather give equal opportunities regardless of race background etc..
