Great time saver!
I bought this to core and seed peppers for pickling and canning. That works great. Simply cut off a thin piece of the tip (stem) and insert this tool into the slot between the pepper and the core. Turn it over and take out the pit and seeds. I've also tried it with peppers and it worked, but not as well as chili peppers, probably because it's a lot narrower than peppers. I am happy with this tool.
