It was wrinkled due to packaging when it arrived. It was easy to get the wrinkles out - I just misted it with water and popped into dryer a few minutes on high and all was fine. Wanted to store jeans neatly on a shelf to save space, and it did hold them, but it was more trouble for me to pull out the holder, remove the jeans and put it back. Was easier grabbing my jeans just stacked off the shelf without this holder and it didn't save the space I was hoping. Tried using it for some small purses/evening bags - too flimsy and they slip under the divider into the next compartment. This would be better if made with the dividers sewn/attached to the bottom so things can't slip from one compartment to another. I am searching to see what else I could use this for, but I wish I had not purchased for my purpose.
