I used Costco parchment paper and was looking for a replacement because I couldn't find it anymore. Bought it based on the good reviews but very disappointed. He's not fat at all. It breaks very easily and not where I want it to. It becomes slightly transparent where it absorbs oil because there is no coating. It also doesn't keep the pan clean as the oil and moisture will seep through! Worst parchment paper I've ever used! The box is terrible too. I had to staple the whole box together because it fell apart where it was glued together. Now I have a lot of crappy parchment paper that will be used up forever.
