Difficult to fill and empty.

I bought this petrol can to store and transport petrol for my lawn mower. It is very difficult to open for filling and pouring, and when filling, the fuel flows around the neck. I had to invent a tether to help me open the cap when filling, but that doesn't prevent fuel from spilling.
