I am very happy with this salt inhaler and have had great results with consistent use. I've had asthma most of my life and now that I'm older my symptoms have gotten worse. To be honest I was just tired of taking multiple medications and was looking for something natural to use. I've been using this twice a day for about 2 weeks, but after about 3 days I stopped reaching for my rescue inhaler. I also use it right before a workout to avoid exercise-induced asthma. I'm happy to announce that I no longer have to stop mid-workout to use my rescue inhaler. I also noticed that I can breathe deeper and my lungs feel clear. I highly recommend this item!
