The best part about brandbe is its ability of tracking all leads from social media, email etc., which helps us keep track with our campaigns easily without any hassle or confusion! I have never faced anything negative while using this tool so far as it's working fine for me since last 3 years now!! Nothing at present but if you are looking out something new then try other tools too like Hubspot (which has free plan) because they also provide great features along side branding services.
