The blade removes almost everything from the pan surface
The blade removes almost everything from the pan surface. Very handy when smearing oil. The only negative I found is that from cleaning my grip is starting to loosen which causes the wooden handle to warp. Also, the edges are very sharp, so be careful when approaching the sides of the grill to avoid scratching them.
