It was frustrating working with ProHeal Online Store. Despite providing a large selection of industrial and medical supplies, their website was challenging to use and missed crucial product details. Additionally, the delivery took longer than anticipated, and their customer support was subpar. The difficulty I had navigating ProHeal's website was one of my main complaints. The product descriptions lacked depth, making it difficult to locate crucial details like the weight and measurements of the item. Additionally, it was difficult to locate specific products quickly due to the search function's lack of clarity. Additionally, the level of customer care fell short. It took a few days before I heard back from them after asking a query. When I did receive an answer, it was unhelpful and failed to address my worries. ProHeal had delivery issues as well. I wasn't informed of the progress of my delivery, and it took a lot longer than anticipated for my order to appear. ProHeal falls short in contrast to their rivals. Their website lacks user ease and crucial product information. Additionally, their delivery times are longer than usual, and their customer support is unresponsive. Finally, I would not advise using ProHeal Online Store. They are a disappointing option for industrial and medical products due to their disregard for website usability and subpar customer service.
