UPDATE: I PURCHASED THIS ITEM 15 MONTHS AGO. I USE IT MAYBE ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH AND THE ITEM WILL NOT CHARGE AGAIN. I AM EXTREMELY ATTRACTIVE ABOUT THE SHORT LIFESPAN OF THIS PRODUCT. I didn't read the full description and was just looking for a shaver and trimmer. When I received the package, to my delight, there were extra tools included! I used a razor and a trimmer. The blade was sharp, so there was no tugging or jerking. It was pretty easy to clean. I used the facial brush this morning and am pleased with how soft it is. My skin, especially around my nose, looks better! Changing tools is easy - just remove one and replace with another. The charger is attractive and I can leave it on the counter or keep it in a closet.
