very heavy, problems with brakes and training wheels

Overall this is a pretty good quality bike. Looks good and performs well for its price range. It's also easy to assemble, especially if you're doing it for the first time. In addition, this motorcycle has some problems that need to be fixed by an experienced person. First, the brakes are a disaster. You are completely wrong. There are instructions on how to set it up, but good luck! I spent over an hour following them and trying to align and tweak them to no avail. Right now I'm in a dilemma of whether to return this bike or spend an extra $60-$90 to have the brakes adjusted and repaired at my local bike shop. Second, the training wheels are misaligned. They stay almost 1-2 inches off the ground. So when you ride a bike, you lean either to the left or to the right. Very annoying. Not a comfortable balanced ride. Third, it is very difficult. And I mean over 25 pounds. That's almost the weight of an adult bike. My 4 year old has trouble riding this bike. Again, it's a good bike overall, but with all these issues, I'm not sure it's worth it. Especially with brakes. The problem with training wheels and weight isn't that critical, but when you get the bike and the brakes are completely misaligned, it's frustrating. You have to spend more money to make it work properly, which is what the seller/manufacturer should have done in the first place. It's made in China so I guess that's to be expected. The amount of time and extra money that went into getting this bike to work properly I could have spent that much money to get a brand name bike that was built and tested to work.
