Review on CitiNexus by Ryan Sandell

The software was easy for our department staff members who are not IT professionals at all! Our employees love how simple it makes things like creating service requests or calling in tickets with questions - they can do this right from home instead of having drive around town trying different businesses/businesses we don't have addresses so now I know where my customers live when i need them back out there working again!! There really isn't anything bad about using citinnexus as far if you're tech savvy then everything should be fine but some people aren;t able too get into complicated programs easily which sometimes requires more help than what one person could give someone new especially those without much computer experience.-easy accessability even by non technical users The ability to have a one stop shop for all of our city's needs. I like that it is easy to navigate with the help of the online portal. It can be confusing at times when you are trying to figure out how to do something. It would be nice if there was an option to have more than one person involved in making changes to your account. I think this is a great tool for any city. We have been able to cut down on some of our calls by having everything under one place.
