I am engaged in photo processing and video editing, I have something to compare with, I am quite picky about the picture, so I think it will be useful for you: the camera is excellent for its money. Excellent in the sense that to shoot video is not the most dynamic. Really, this is what you need. Whether you need an action camera at all is your choice. picture quality, sharpness for their money is more than worthy. Yes, 30 frames seemed a bit small for me, but tolerable. (you can interpolate up to 60 frames in the same premiere pro and the result more than satisfied me). In short, I used it for half a year and eventually switched to legend 6, which is more powerful. And this one is excellent for the money, but I would like, of course, 60 frames.

- You need to understand that you pay what you have and my shortcomings are not compensated by the price: 30 frames per second. They are missing in dynamic scenes. They will be enough in calm scenes, family videos, landscapes, etc. but for action moments they are still not enough. I just switched to sj 6 legend because of this (I will also write a review on it). Takes poor pictures in low light. Many complain about the sound quality. Yes, the sound in the aquabox is sad, without it it’s not much better either . but guys, this is an action camera, if you use it for its intended purpose, then the sound is not needed at all. But you get all this for 3-4 thousand. For such a price, you can not think about these shortcomings at all.
