I've been using the FH3 as my everyday headphones for about 6 months and the FD3 completely outperforms them.1. Single DD means you don't have to rely on different driver technologies to work together, no sometimes odd BA timbre. Fast and punchy bass, I like to use them with many bass-heavy EDM subgenres. I was expecting that using DLC on the diaphragm instead of beryllium would be a downside, but honestly I'd say it's on par, if not slightly better than the FH3.3 in terms of bass quality.
