The texture is good, but due to insufficient moisture, more than necessary is wasted.

I don't think she's wet enough. As for the roughness, they are perfect. Not so rough that it hurts, but rough enough to separate feces easily. But you will end up using more wipes than necessary because they are not damp enough.
