Note that the paper size options in the print dialog box have nothing to do with the size or type of paper you are printing on. All brands listed are Asian and none of them match the brand of paper you are likely to use. I approximated the size and saved the custom settings for 4" x 6" (101 x 152mm) labels, but even that isn't exact. Actual size MUST be 101.6 x 152.4 mm, but dialog input does not support tenths. I also used it to print a Macy's return label and quickly discovered that their online label printing software doesn't support the brand. This involved converting the label to PDF, importing it into Photoshop where I could crop and scale it to fit the label, THEN print it out. A lot of extra work just to print the label. Also, the process wasted 4 labels and I kept having to reload paper because for some reason a page break was inserted at the end of the document. Nevertheless, I give four stars mainly for the print quality. I also bought a paper holder that doesn't seem to fit the printer. First, it's not even the same color as on the printer. Also, if you're working in tight spaces, the cables protruding from the back will interfere with the bracket's alignment with the printer. He needs at least 2 inches of space so they don't.
