Finally the perfect 5-HTP!

About the same length as the new US 10 cent coin and very easy to swallow with water thanks to the soft gel. I have enjoyed 5-htp for the past 8 years and have found the perfect match in this brand from MicroIngredients. I said to take 2 a day but I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening for the first week and then switch to 2 a day. Definitely worth a try if you're a 5-HTP user like me, plus you get a free bottle/pack with your first purchase which is great serotonin help for those like me who need it.
