Terrible tags in the arch slipper. My 3 year old daughter tried to explain what was wrong with the first pair I ordered, size 7/8 for toddlers, and I concluded that she needed the next size up. Thought of returning the 7/8 if they hold up but figured I'd just see if a larger size would fit. The problem turned out to be the stupid label sticking out in the arch of the liner. That worried her. OK. But even when it's cut off, it's impossible to cut it off completely and now my kid says there's a sharp feeling where I cut out the label. Now I have two pairs of slippers, both uncomfortable because of the stupid label. I would love to return but they are a bit worn and I have also attempted to surgically remove the tag.
