User friendly platform - even if you don't know much about technology

I like that it is easy to use, the customer support team is exceptional, and the system is intuitive. It has improved our operational efficiency by leaps and bounds. The only downside is the interface of the mobile app could be better. But I have not seen this issue with other systems from the same vendor. We are using this to create online reservations for ferries in the US. There are many features that make this software easy to use and powerful, but it also has a very simple user interface. This makes it easier for less technical users to use.

  • Well integrated booking engine we receive notifications when tickets sell out or there's an error code; ability to view availability directly within SyncroDesk itself without creating another account just so you can check bookings statuses (this saves time since having 2 separate accounts); great Customer Support Team!!
