This is a fantastic product! I had a month-long renovation project on the second floor of my house, but to get there the contractors had to climb my 200-year-old restored pine floor (relaid) and my newly renovated stair treads. The film did a great job of protecting my floor and stair treads despite the heavy foot traffic and the fact that it was winter here in Wisconsin! Adhesive backing stuck to the floor during use and left no residue after removal. I highly recommend this product for new construction or renovation to protect all types of flooring.
