I have a 2019 Highlander and this came straight from China. The manual lists a completely different mount. The one I received is a thin, extremely brittle strip of plastic that sits on top of the dash and cannot be fixed at the top. The only way to attach it is to tape the gorilla to the dash and I won't be doing that on my new car. The holder compresses the phone by the phone's weight on the base's hook, so the phone will fly away when it hits a good bump in the road. There is no automatic return. I have to wait 48 hours for a reply to even see if they accept the return. Garbage, $7 in plastic for $35. Stay away from this brand in general. Lesson learned, take my advice.
