At first I didn't like this tape measure, but after many months I found it very useful! I had expected a tape measure of 12 inches per foot and ten marks per inch. To be clear, this roulette is not what I expected. Rather: One side has standard measurements (12 inches per foot) and the other side has a zero to ten scale of a foot (10 units per foot is: 12 inches and 5 units is: 6 inches. Each unit has ten markings ., the Note makes it easy to take good measurements, but for experienced DIYers you'll find that the occasional accidental reading off the side of the 10 scale can confuse you.You can hold down the locking button to pull the tape and it stays on as long as I don't let go of the locking button which makes measuring easier!Great quality and the way the tape measure locking feature works makes it worthy and respectable!
