in december buying 2 laptops for family use i am sure of the brand but the problem i see with these laptops is the sound is not strong at 2am it cant to hear, the sound is very low, the contraio case when putting on the headphones, the volume is high there. I compare it to other Asus that have Harman/Kardon sound to those that have SonicMaster sound but it has no comparison, Sonic Master. The sound is very quiet. I didn't get the best sound from either of these two laptops. I don't give 5 stars for the sound alone, as laptops do well to this day.
