My 7 year old loves these very much. We use them as school slippers in the winter. On the days that she wears winter and rain boots to school, she puts them on to wear indoors. She says they are very comfortable. She's pretty picky about shoes. She also has an unusually narrow foot. I can tell they are a bit baggy on her but with socks they are very comfortable for their purpose. She slips back into street shoes for a change. I think they would be good for kids with wider feet outdoors, but they slip on them a bit and probably aren't ideal for climbing or running. They fit her more like slippers as she has narrow feet. However, she loves them and they suit our purpose very well. We have jam/rhubarb color and they are the same as pictured. They look like camouflage but go with a lot of her clothes. They are true to size in length. I would recommend them and buy them again.
