Easy to use, works well on short and tall carpets. The only problem I found was cleaning the dog hair over the roller brushes. The clear cover cannot be removed. To clean it and remove the hair, I removed the tanks, stood them upside down over the kitchen sink, and ran tap water through the brushes to rinse away the hair and dirt. Since you can see through it, you'll know when it's clear. It even worked on my hardwood kitchen floor. Overall very happy with the purchase.
