High quality fabric, the length is enough for both tall and slim girls.

I bought these skirts for my eight year old daughter because most of the skirts that fit her down the middle are too short. It comes down to her knees and the belt is elastic enough to hold her up for a while. The material looks high quality and will not flake or peel. Doesn't shine through and washes well. The only downside is that things look silly but are workable.
