BACKPACK TROLLEY NEEDS REFURBISHING OR PROVIDE ADDITIONS TO ATTACH BACKPACK TO TROLLEY! The trolley seemed like a great idea for our 7 year old granddaughter to carry her heavy backpack to school that was aching her shoulders. However, there are NO STRAPS OR WAYS TO ATTACH THE BACKPACK TO THE CARRIAGE and it slides and slides making it difficult to maneuver and get in and out of school when arriving and leaving school. VERY REMOVED THAT NOTHING WAS PROVIDED TO ATTACH TO THE CARRIAGE. The backpack has to be tied to the top of the pole with a small backpack handle, but it still slides sideways to the left and right. We tried hooking the backpack's shoulder straps, but that didn't work either.
