Customer Service at Gmall Disappoints

My expectations for using Gmall's web store were high, but I was left with a very negative impression. While I was impressed by the variety of offerings, I was let down by the treatment I received. I had several problems with my order, and the customer care representatives were neither helpful nor responsive. It required too much time and energy to fix my problems, which was inconvenient and frustrating. The products were also of poor quality, with some exhibiting obvious signs of wear after only a few uses, despite the relatively low prices. I was hoping that Gmall, with its emphasis on quality, would deliver, so this was especially discouraging. In general, Gmall fell far short of my expectations. The variety and pricing may be appealing, but the poor quality and lack of customer service make it hard to suggest this online store.
