These seem like decent shears for the money, but they are all scratched and appear to be used. Pen lights are as pictured and were new.
Pros
- Although seemingly too lightweight, only time will tell.
Cons
- Good scissors but, the batteries I received were dead. I had to go to the store to purchase new ones.
