Purchased to modify a media closet so that the doors can be opened slightly to let air in to cool the electronics inside. The instructions are simple and clear, various assembly and adjustment options are possible. We didn't need magnetic backing plates, just the jamb, but I appreciate they give you the option of both screwing and gluing depending on what the door is made of. Sturdy once installed despite the plastic latch - we'll see how it wears out. Install the tip, make sure you leave enough space (5mm) behind the base plate for you to snap the cap on with the magnet arm already installed, or you might be a bit fiddly. But it stays in place once inside. Definitely worth the money and I'm glad I found them!
