Just ONE big problem (in my opinion)!
Good build except for one BIG problem (for me). This item should be used over a door. The part of the mirror you hang over the door was too thick to fit in the door frame when closed. I usually cut my hair in a semi-small bathroom. I wanted to keep the door closed so my hair doesn't fly down the hallway, although I can't close the door by hanging a mirror over the door. Other than that I think everything else is working correctly and as intended. This would be the most important thing and the ONLY thing I would recommend is the thickness of the hanger to fit under the door frame when closed.
