After years of using my last credit card holder it finally needed replacing. This model was the only one I could find without a plastic window. I've had wallets with windows like this before and they break and fall out - sometimes long before the wallet is cracked open. Also, I don't want to flaunt anything that strikes me as odd, at least for a man. Limiting my options a bit, it turned out to be for the best. This wallet is made out of somewhat stiff leather but I'm sure it will soften over time. The slots are tight, which I like, although this can make it difficult to get a card or license if you have more than one card in a slot. This forced me to dump a few things from my old wallet, which was frankly pointlessly overflowing. It also prevents cards from falling out, which was becoming a common occurrence with my old wallet. I thought about using a leather oil to soften it but I'm used to things being held tighter and prefer it now. This is a well made CC wallet and I can say with certainty as I own a few. If you're tired of lugging around a bunch of junk like photos and receipts and are ready to upgrade to a simpler and slimmer design or just replace your old CC wallet, this model won't disappoint.
