Love it! Heck, California law requires me to eat a plate, so here we are. In fact, I like it better with the front panel, now it's a little different. Fits my 2014 Lexus IS250 and doesn't stick out too much; You just need to tilt the screw on the half circle. I can see it unscrewing slightly with normal driving, but it's not going anywhere with the blue Loctite. I actually broke the included screw trying to tighten it, so I'm not sure if it's a cheap screw or something, but Ace Hardware saved the day by coming out with a stronger one.
