Some issues I'm having: Displayport is causing minor issues with my monitor. (Dell S2719DGF, Laptop Zenbook 14 UX435EG) - Options on Amazon shows 2 options for 2 different colors: Silver Gray and Silver Black. BUT only Silver Gray supports M.2 SSDs. I think it should be clearer when choosing a model. The name implies that the only difference is the color of the dock. I ended up with a silver gray, but it's partly my fault for not taking a closer look. A few things to note: DisplayPort and other HDMI connectors don't support some high refresh rates (probably due to the bandwidth required). This is normal as this product does not advertise it. A USB-C to DisplayPort cable connected to a USB-C port also does not support high refresh rates, again due to bandwidth limitations. You cannot use all display ports at the same time and charge at the same time. The USB-C ports Host-1 and Host-2 each seem to only accept specific groups of ports. At the moment I'm using it for pass-through charging, ethernet, audio and USB connections through host 2. host-1 doesn't have pass-through charging or USB support from what I've tested. What I like: - Ethernet works well - USB ports work great with my wired keyboard and wireless mouse receiver. - DAC is acceptable, combo jack works well - This is one of the few products with DisplayPort and a DETACHABLE CABLE. This was the main reason I bought this product and the build quality is pretty good. It's heavy enough to stay on the table. In general, everything is fine and mostly corresponds to the advertisement. A little difficult to set up. EDIT: This product page has been completely changed, very suspicious seller. I came here to find that both the display port and HDMI ports don't work well at all and the display flickers when using this hub. I wonder if it really is Thunderbolt bandwidth. DO NOT BUY.
