I like these knives but wish they could stay sharp longer.
I like the thinness of the blades and the fact that they are really sharp but after a few weeks they dull. I tried a ceramic knife sharpener but it doesn't work very well. Be careful as the blades will break if you press too hard. Regardless, I will continue to use them.
