The ability of being able track package status from pick up until delivery was great! It also made it easy when we had errors with tracking numbers or addresses that were hard-to read/write so they could be easily corrected without having our packages left unclaimed at post office locations around town (which happened frequently).

I wish there would have been an option where you can keep your own notes about why certain items are missing but this is not something which i'm aware exists currently.- Tracking information - Being unable add multiple email accounts into one account has become more difficult due too many emails coming through my inbox daily than ever before now as well because each time someone sends me mail via paklog's website instead using their normal client app etc., another notification pops out letting us know yet again its come though here rather then just going straight thru normally like any other application does today..
