Cap issues that result in ink leaking every time.
This was my first Akua Ink purchase and it was an absolute nightmare. The first bottle came with a screw cap, 1/2 bottle of ink leaked and polluted all other products in the same package. So I asked for a replacement. What I couldn't believe was that the replacement arrived in the same condition as the first one: the cap was unscrewed and the ink was leaking.
