Bought on 11/22/2019 and replaced two cartridges. Everything works great and has lasted a long time. Now black ink came up and said it was out of ink so I replaced it with one of the black ink cartridges. Then the black went out completely, showing that it was full. I checked the nozzles and cleaned the head, but there was no black ink when printing. Black dropped and restarted with the same result. I thought the printer was defective so I tried the 2nd black cartridge and it showed full and after checking the nozzles and power supply it worked but still skipped a few lines. I cleaned the head and it got better, and then I cleaned it again and it's working fine now. A cartridge was defective. Box says 100% satisfaction is guaranteed but sees no way to contact the company. I am very happy with the product, otherwise it worked like new until the cartridge failed. I would like to know how to get a replacement cartridge.
