UPDATE: I'm giving them three stars but not because the quality of the basket would be better. I will say they read my review, refunded my money and sent a replacement basket. They ALSO sent me a nice gift to make up for the trouble. Your customer service was exceptional. That aside - I received my second basket yesterday and AGAIN the handle broke. Everything is bent and unusable. First let me say that the design of the basket itself is beautiful. HOWEVER, my sunbath arrived warped. The handle is all bent, and because it's plastic, it lay like that for a while, I can't easily bend it back. That's how it's made now. The tape on the outside was gone (a bit of hot glue won't fix anything) but the basket handle will never be right. Don't buy, you will be disappointed.
