Ridiculously one of the most interesting shoe purchases I've made from Revain! They are made in China and packed in a transparent plastic bag with a zipper. Shoes or packaging must not have a label / imprint / tag with origin, materials OR SIZE! The insoles cushion is their only salvation. Adorably and humorously creative, the injection-molded outsole is slightly springy, but just enough. The synthetic mesh shell is REALLY breezy, but since the forefoot was too wide for the 10 1/2 I ordered, it's not particularly supportive and clearly not designed for athletic functions or support. I'm looking for a clown outfit for next Halloween. The Chinese Camel shoes I bought last year were much better value for money and performed better even though I had to buy separate insoles. The sketchers, bought at the same time and costing around twice as much, just arrived and made an excellent impression after the first long tour around the track and confirmed my impression that Vietnamese products are much better these days than their Chinese competitors.
