I'm merely a fan of computer programming; I don't actually write code. I have never had a difficulty putting up routers or any other kind of router, despite the fact that I assist practically all of my acquaintances in the process of installing networking equipment. The process of distributing Internet from this router, however, turned out to be more difficult than expected. Therefore, in order to distribute PPPoE Internet, you need to perform the following steps: switch the router to 3G mode, press quick setup, select any type of 3g modem, then we get to the menu where we select "wan primary" (or some other wording that is functionally equivalent), and finally, we get to the standard PPPoE setup menu. It took me the better part of the day to figure out how to complete the task. It's possible that I'm losing steam, but despite my best efforts, I was unable to successfully provide home Internet access via any other means. By the way, the signal of this device is readily able to overcome one brick wall (but not a wall made of reinforced concrete!). I got this item so I could use it when I travel. In the context of the home, I do not believe that this technology is really practical or convenient. In addition, it is ideal for business trips because it is very functional (it can both spread a wired Internet connection and operate as a 3G router) while occupying almost no space at all.
