Review on Compact Portable Ceiling Fan: Whisper Quiet Energy-Saving Personal Fan for Bedroom, Basement, Attic, Gazebo by Heather Powell

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It's definitely a mini. But nice!

For the price and because it works really well for the size, it's worth what I paid for it. When I first opened the package I laughed and said I bought it as is, but I was pleasantly surprised that it repels air. I use it on my porch here in North Carolina where it's hot as hell in 40! Initially the fan worked mostly as described by the seller and only made some noise and wobbled until it balanced itself when the fan was first turned on and/or in a fair wind. But now, a few days later, it's making two different sounds. I can bear the humming, but the rattling is slowly getting on my nerves. The only thing I would say is watch out for the cable and be ready to catch the fan when it hangs up and turns on because if it catches that cable it will fly.

Pros
  • Send the picture a lot of air. The small size and convenient hanging clip make it ideal for offices, warehouses, garages, workshops, indoor porches, commercial kitchens, or anywhere a typical large fan would be difficult to install.
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
