A good product - one area lacking is Insights

I like that it's cloud-based so you don't have to worry about keeping up with your own server software or having dedicated hardware for security needs. The ability of being able to create multiple containers in which to store files, images etc can be very useful when looking at compliance issues such as GDPR where large volumes need collecting quickly & securely within an organisation. It would be great if we could get more insight into our activity logs from time to time but this isn’t always possible due to its asynchronous nature.

We use open bridge internally across many teams to help manage and share secure information between several internal applications/tools.

Pros

I do not like the inability to link data with specific users so we can only use Openbridge for very general security and compliance needs

Cons

I do not like the inability to store data within our own environments so we can not enforce the data protection rules to the individual but for the organisation instead
