As a result of my tests, I determined that this abrasive brush is a game changer when it comes TO removing welding scratches.The bristles are stiff enough to thoroughly clean off any debris but gentle enough to not damage the metal surface. The ergonomic design makes it comfortable to use for extended periods of time without causing hand fatigue. One minor con is that the bristles might wear out quickly with excessive use, but considering the effectiveness of the brush, it's a small price to pay.
